Francis Osei

Francis Osei, Chief Executive Officer of InfiniteC School is an educator, entrepreneur and senior logistician whose academic path anchors his work with young children. He earned an MBA and is currently pursuing doctoral (PhD) studies focused on how evidence-based systems and caring environments improve early learning and community outcomes. His graduate training informs the way he builds safe, predictable classrooms and programs—bringing operational clarity, accountability, and measurable impact to child-centered settings.

A U.S. Army Staff Sergeant, Francis has supported medical logistics in CENTCOM theaters, experiences that shaped his discipline, servant leadership, and commitment to safeguarding others. That same ethic animates his volunteer work with younger children at church, where years of hands-on mentoring “ignited and sustained” his calling to be present, model compassion, and help each child discover their unique gifts. He brings these values to his ventures; InfiniteC School and youth-focused community programs, and to his public-facing service as PR for the Kerry K Foundation.

Francis’s goal is simple and steady: to make the “act of service” visible and habitual for younger children, through consistent presence, relationships of trust, and environments designed for exploration, play, and dignity. His approach aligns with the Reggio Emilia view of the child as rich in potential and expression, summarized by Loris Malaguzzi’s lines: “The child has a hundred languages… a hundred ways of thinking, of playing, of speaking,” a reminder to honor every child’s many ways of learning and being.
